Tired of the usual BBQ fare? Let A Cappella Catering bring you our Mexican Fiesta BBQ to you! Reward your staff, impress your clients, celebrate a destination wedding or enjoy time with friends as our staff creates this delicious, unique Fiesta. This menu includes a full Mexican themed meal from start to finish. All you need to add is the Pinata.

Mexican Flavors BBQ Package ($18.00 per guest)

Baja Bean Salad
Three different beans in a simple, fresh dressing.

Corn Salad
Roasted corn kernels mixed with tomatoes, jalapenos, and peppers.

Mixed Greens Salad
Mixed baby greens gently tossed in our own herbed vinaigrette.

Totopos
Guests can help themselves to homemade tortilla chips set on tables with guacamole and salsa.

Pazolle
Spiced pork and vegetable soup with white corn.

Pappas
Baker potatoes stuffed with a cheese filling.

Tacos Carne Asada
Grilled beef simply seasoned with salt and pepper. Served on a soft corn tortilla with homemade guacamole and a choice of salsas.

Tacos al Pastor
Pork marinated in oranges and a blend of spices and grilled on site. Served on a soft corn tortilla with homemade guacamole and a choice of salsas.

Tacos de Pollo
Chicken seasoned with garlic and red pepper spice. Grilled on site and served a corn tortilla with homemade guacamole and a choice of salsas.

Tacos Carolitas
Garbanzo beans cooked with spices, onions, and tomatoes and served on a soft corn tortilla with homemade guacamole and a choice of salsas.

Optional Mexican Dessert

Fruit Flan accompanied with Mexican Wedding Cookies add $3.50 per guest Caramel custard pudding accompanied by delicious almond sugar cookies.
